Dump, hold or Add?

Raphael asked us about $pvac, the dud in his portfolio he is deciding to add, dump or just hold. For starters, we hate the energy patch and I am sure Raphael does too at this point. Penn Virginia, in particular, went bankrupt in the last downturn given its debt load was high and despite very low costs in the Eagle Ford part of Texas.
