AI is Nvidia’s world and we are all just living in it! No company has ever grown revenues the way Nvidia has the past two years from $55 billion in CY 2023 to almost $200 billion in 2025. Unheard of growth on that size revenue base. Truly. The demand to buy $40,000 GPUs, install them in large clusters and run AI has hit a fever pitch. The Deepseek revelation of a potential 90% reduction in inference cost has not slowed very many companies from their capital spending plans. OpenAI is still the most aggressive (with other people’s money) wanting more and more compute. Yet, it is becoming clear, at least to me, that the building of foundation models is a race to commoditization. If the end game is charging $1,000, $10,000 or $20,000 to per month to replace human processes/thinking, it seems “more likely” to me that the winner isn’t the model builder, but rather
